Viljelypalstojen säännöt
YKSIVUOTISTEN VILJELYPALSTOJEN SÄÄNNÖT
Viljelijän on noudatettava palstaviljelyn sääntöjä, jotta alueet saadaan pysymään siistinä ja palstat hyötykäytössä.
Mikäli viljelijä laiminlyö ohjeiden noudattamisen, palstan vuokrasopimus voidaan katsoa purkautuneeksi ja palsta voidaan luovuttaa eteenpäin.
Yleiset vuokrausperiaatteet:
Yksivuotisille palstoille ei tehdä monivuotisia sopimuksia.
Palsta on vuokraajan käytössä kasvukauden; jakotilaisuudesta syyskuun loppuun. Lähtökohtaisesti palstoja vuokrataan yksi kappale viljelijä kohden. Palstan irtisanominen tulee tehdä ennen vuosilaskun eräpäivää.
Jos palstan hoitoa ei ole aloitettu kesäkuun puoliväliin mennessä, palsta jaetaan edelleen.
Jos viljelypalstasta haluaa luopua kesken viljelykauden, asiasta tulee ilmoittaa 4H-yhdistykselle mahdollisimman pian.
Kun kevään maanmuokkaus on tehty, yksivuotiset palstat merkitään 4H:n toimesta maastoon, minkä jälkeen palstoilla voi aloittaa viljelyn.
Vuokrattua palstaa ei saa edelleen vuokrata toiselle viljelijälle eikä sen viljelyoikeutta voi luovuttaa eteenpäin.
Lasku palstan vuokrasta toimitetaan sähköpostitse tai postitse viljelykauden aikana.
Rikkaruohot:
Palstaviljelijän tulee huolehtia palstansa hoitamisesta niin, etteivät rikkaruohot pääse leviämään muiden viljelijöiden harmiksi. Oma palsta on hoidettava kokonaan viereiseen polkuun tai palstaan asti.
Palstalla syntyvä puutarhajäte tulee kompostoida omalla palstalla tai toimittaa alueella olevaan biojätekehikkoon.
Siisteys:
Viljelijöiden tulee huolehtia yleisestä siisteydestä koko palsta-alueella. Viljelykauden jälkeen palsta tulee tyhjentää tavaroista. Kaikki roskat, rikkinäiset välineet ja muut tavarat on poistettava alueelta ennen syyskyntöjä.
Kiinteät rakennelmat:
Palstat on tarkoitettu avomaaviljelyyn. Kiinteiden rakennelmien tekeminen palsta-alueelle on ehdottomasti kielletty. Palstoille ei saa tehdä pressukatoksia, muovihuoneita tai muita kiinteitä ja kookkaita rakennelmia. Kevyet, avomaaviljelyä tulevat rakennelmat kuten työkalulaatikot (max. koko 600x600x1800 mm) ja matalat harsokatteet ovat sallittuja oman palstan sisällä.
Yksivuotisilta palstoilta kaikki rakennelmat on poistettava kauden päätteeksi.
Lannoitus ja kasteluvesi:
Maan kalkitus, lannoitus ja perusparannus esim. hiekalla, kompostilla tai vuoden käyneellä hevosenlannalla on sallittua. Kivisenojalla ja Käyräkadulla on tarjolla purossa luonnonvettä ja Jukolassa luonnonvesipostit kastelua varten. Vesisäiliöitä ja niiden täyttöä palveluna ei tarjota (poislukien Latokartano). Kemiallisten torjunta-aineiden käyttö on ehdottomasti kielletty.
Kaupunki tai 4H-yhdistys eivät toimita palstoille vettä, mikäli luonnonvesi kuivuu.
Viljelykausi:
Viljelykausi alkaa peltojen äestyksen ja merkitsemisen jälkeen ja päättyy syyskuun lopussa, jonka jälkeen pellot käännetään koneellisesti. Tähän mennessä sadon tulee olla korjattuna ja kaikkien tarvikkeiden ja roskien vietynä pois palstalta. Jos palstalla on kauden päätyttyä sinne kuulumatonta tavaraa tai roskaa, viljelijää laskutetaan siivouksesta todellisten kustannusten mukaan, minimiveloitus 100€.
Avotulen teko on kielletty.
Viljelypalsta-alueet ovat Hämeenlinnan kaupungin omaisuutta. Mikäli alueen asemakaavan mukainen käyttö edellyttää, tai maisemointi- tai muun maarakennetyön takia kaupunki tarvitsee alueita muuhun käyttöön, voi viljelytoiminta alueilla muuttua/loppua.
Kaikissa viljelypalstoihin liittyvissä asioissa voitte kääntyä Hämeenlinnan Seudun 4H-yhdistyksen puoleen.
MONIVUOTISTEN VILJELYPALSTOJEN SÄÄNNÖT

Palstan merkitseminen ja hallinta:
Oma palsta on merkittävä tukevin sukunimellä ja palstan numerolla varustetuin kepein/paaluin (yksi joka nurkkaan). Näin palstasi ei sekoitu mahdollisesti viljelemättömään naapuripalstaan ja viljelemättömät alueet voidaan vuokrata eteenpäin.
Vuokrattua palstaa ei saa edelleen vuokrata toiselle viljelijälle eikä sen viljelyoikeutta voi luovuttaa eteenpäin. Palstan irtisanominen tulee tehdä ennen vuosilaskun eräpäivää.
Jos haluatte lopettaa viljelypalstan viljelyn, asiasta tulee ilmoittaa 4H-yhdistykselle mahdollisimman pian.
Jos palsta on kokonaan viljelemättä koko kasvukauden, sen viljelyoikeus lakkaa ja se annetaan seuraavalle jonossa olevalle viljelijälle. Viljelijän luopuessa palstasta on siltä poistettava kaikki rakenteet ja kalusteet ja toimitettava ne pois palsta-alueelta. Jos palstalle jää tavaraa tai roskaa, viljelijää laskutetaan siivouksesta todellisten kustannusten mukaan, minimiveloitus 100€.

4H:lta haettavalta luvalla palstalle voi tehdä pienen kevytrakenteisen kasvihuoneen, joka on aina purettava kasvukauden jälkeen. Lupahakemuksen voi tehdä vapaamuotoisena 4H:lle.
Lannoitus ja kasteluvesi:

RULES FOR ANNUAL CROPS
From spring 2022, multi-annual contracts for one-year plots will not be made. The plot is used by the tenant during the growing season; from the distribution event to the end of September. The leased plot may not be further leased to another farmer and its right to cultivate may not be transferred. If you stop cultivating, report it to the 4H association, and we will fairly rent the plot to the longest queue.
An invoice for the rent of the plot will be sent by e-mail or post during the growing season. Invoicing is handled through Ropo24 Oy.
Weeds:
The farmer must take care of his farm so that weeds cannot spread to the detriment of other farmers. Your own plot must be taken care of completely up to the adjacent path or column. Garden waste generated on the site must be composted on its own site or delivered to a biowaste frame in the area.
If you are unable to take care of your column, please let us know. In this way, the plot can be handed over to the queuing farmer
Cleanliness:
Farmers should take care of the general cleanliness of the entire plot area. After the growing season, the parcel must be emptied of goods. All debris, broken equipment and other items must be removed from the area prior to fall plowing.
Fixed structures:
The plots are intended for open field cultivation. It is strictly forbidden to make fixed structures on the plot area. The plots must not be covered with awnings, plastic rooms or other fixed and bulky structures. Lightweight, open-air structures such as tool boxes and gauze covers are allowed inside your own column. For annual plots, all structures must be removed at the end of the season.
Fertilization and irrigation water:
Liming, fertilizing and basic improvement of the land with eg sand, compost or horse manure that has been used for a year is permitted. Kivisenoja and Käyräkatu offer natural water in the creek and natural water posts for irrigation in Jukola. Water tanks and their filling as a service are not provided. The use of chemical pesticides is strictly prohibited.
